This company was paid thousands to solve a fairly straightforward plumbing problem. Long story short - they wrecked more of the building than they fixed. We have light fixings filling up with toilet waste / toilets which fill up by themselves / pipes leaking / pipes falling from ceilings / sewage smells etc. They didn’t even bother securing (any) toilet to the wall or floor. You can literally move them with your feet. On over ten occasions, they promised to come and fix it. They didn’t. They just blamed bad traffic or other unbelievable excuses. In the end, they received a polite email regarding this. Their response was “find yourself another contractorâ€.
