poor service and wrong items delivered

avoid this company at all cost, used them on ebay and an order placed on the 5th of dec , got a call a week after they said it had been dispatched to say they did not have black cables but had white ,i said fine the 17th dec an order came and the wrong cables came they sent network not cctv shotgun cables when i told them they expected me to pay to send cables back that they had sent wrong ! the service was shocking , i even offered to drive to Bradford and change them over myself not its was NO the google review where someone had sent an item back that then was lost and never got postage refunded put me off paying to send them back id be 2 cables down and postage too DONT USE THEM THEY ARE VERY VERY POOR
