Our Story

We are an independent Yorkshire born company whose operations are based in Leeds, Bradford and Doncaster.
Our specialist area is recruiting professionals for the Education Sector, this includes teachers, tutors, teaching assistants, behaviour support workers and support staff such as office/administrators, pastoral managers and site managers for long-term placements and permanent vacancies.
As a company, we take our corporate social responsibility very seriously. We are pleased to support Candlelighters as our charity of choice for 2017/18 and are also proud Ambassadors of the Child-Friendly Leeds campaign. Working with these companies enable Academic Appointments to support our local community, whether that be providing employability sessions in schools or working with adults to find them their next role in Education.
