Avoid!!!!

Avoid!! Do not hire a car from enterprise! Choose another rental company and don't make the same mistake as me!! I hired a van to help me move house. When I arrived the van I had prebooked and paid for was not available. The van they offered instead was extra large and I live down a narrow Lane. They were not helpful at all and it was a case of take it or leave it. I had to move that weekend so did not have time to find another company instead so was forced to take it. As the van was too big I scraped it on my narrow Lane. When I returned the vehicle they tried to charge me £1150 excess x2 for two separate accidents (£2300 total!) because the dent affected two panels. Obviously it was only one accident as there was only one dent! Once they called the manager he agreed it should only be logged as one accident but we still had to pay £1150 excess. Don't make the same mistake as me and avoid using enterprise!
