If you're looking for a scam artist to provide your office/ business printer needs... you came to the right place! Aside from the terrible customer service and extortionate call out charges ... the contract has to be one of the worst things about this company... Unless you practice law, you probably won't read/ understand most of the T&C's - this will leave you in a position to be ROLLED OVER FOR ANOTHER YEAR after your contract ends. Not only are the company completely unreasonable when it comes to this term (which we discovered under 2 weeks into our newly rolled contract) - they charge almost double the contract to pick the machine up. It's also worth noting that if you DO NEED urgent customer service, the process is as follows; - Ring XBM and speak to advisor - Advisor advises you an advisor will call you back to advise - Advisor calls back the next day to advise you that an advisor was not available to advise you that your adv
This company put me through so much anxiety and depression i cannot describe where to begin. Firstly i suffered racial prejudice whilst working there and the management turned a blind eye to it so everyday i would come into work uncomfortable and upset. Secondly they would lie to customers in regards to T&C's where they made sales staff approach customers with 'low' costs in colour and black and white copies but this was just was just an introductory offer and then the prices would increase to a rate that would be unaffordable around about 143% increase and the customers were clearly not told this so our relationships with customers were then tarnished. The company then decided to suddenly make every sales individual in the Leeds and Birmingham office redundant (there are no other offices even though they say that on the website) without notice even though 4 days later they could have given us furlough. They then didn't pay not a single one of the staff the full wages they were owed
