Design and installation
Our experienced strategy team at iCool can design a heating or cooling system to suit any space. Ranging from domestic to commercial use and scheme sizes from £500 to £500,000, we have successfully completed many complex projects within a variety of sectors including pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and engineering. Our design process encompasses all elements that may be required to complete your proposed system. This includes air conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation, mechanical and electrical - so there is no need to look any further than iCool for a complete solution.
Planned Preventative Maintenance
Planned preventative maintenance can help to improve the longevity and productivity of all types of air conditioning units. This includes single split systems, VRF/VRV (variable refrigerant flow and variable refrigerant volume) systems, packaged air conditioning units, ventilation and air source heat pumps. iCool Ltd offer planned preventative maintenance solutions to both new and pre-existing installations completed by a third party.
Reactive Repairs
We know that sometimes things go wrong and that's why we provide an emergency call out service that you can rely on. Our reactive repairs team respond to any emergency call-outs received in a timely and efficient manner. They will keep you updated with their progress along the way, as we understand just how important communication is to our clients. To ensure peace of mind, we let you know which member of our dedicated team will be responding to your call so that you know who to expect when they arrive. Transparency is at the forefront of our business and we will always confirm our call charges before we dispatch an engineer. Furthermore, we will not carry out any repairs without consulting you first.
