Inspired Therapy provides counselling and psychotherapy to teenagers, adults, couples and families. We support people who may be experiencing stress, anxiety, emotional difficulties, OCD, self harm, social anxiety, eating disorders, depression, addiction or trauma. People may wish to explore their gender, identity, self confidence, relationships or life in a blended family. We have many years' experience successfully helping people to feel better and live well. What matters most to us is you, living your life in balance. Our services are available in-person in Yorkshire and online wherever you are.
